During our summer vacation of 1998, we met Carol and after
an initial conversation, she agreed to provide us with
residential Real Estate profiles and comparable prices
for the Princeville area.
Carol responded immediately by providing complete information
on a number of Princeville properties and escorted us through
several residences, in each case, explaining important
property features.
Although, at the time, we were only seeking information,
Carolled us to a residence we purchased and enjoyed for
approximately eight years. During our Kaua'i stay, she
also found the appropriate condominium we purchased and
leased for tax purposes.
When we returned to the mainland last year, we sold both
our primary residence and the condominium.
During the purchase and sale of both transactions, Carol
acted very professionally, carefully outlining everything
from escrow aspects to appropriate property managers and
maintenance subcontractors. Perhaps more importantly, Carol
outlined the aspects of island life and home ownership

My wife and I had been visiting beautiful Kauai for years
and had always dreamed of owning our own home there.
In early 2004, with prices appreciating at a rapid pace
we realized we were probably already too late to buy in.
